To ensure fast and secure delivery, we ship only through reputed courier services such as FedEx, Blue Dart, Aramex, and other leading partners.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, we may consider shipping via India Post EMS Speed Post upon special request, but we cannot guarantee acceptance as some items may not be eligible under postal regulations.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1:30 PM (except Sundays & public holidays).
99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days across India (subject to courier network).
Same-day local delivery (for select PIN codes): Between 3 PM – 10 PM.

Important Notes

Unless otherwise specified, all products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty is void if the product has been misused, altered, soldered, physically damaged, or exposed to static discharge.

You are eligible for a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
Product received is damaged during shipping.
Product received is different from what was ordered.
Parts missing in the package.
⏳ Such issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery by raising a support ticket on our website. Our technical team will verify the claim and issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before the return can be processed.
Return Guidelines
Include the original invoice/packing slip with the return.
Do not write on the product packaging. Mention the RMA number clearly on the return shipping box.
Customer bears the initial return shipping cost. Upon verification of defect/issue, we will reimburse shipping charges and send a replacement or process a refund.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Orders in Pending or Payment Verification status may be cancelled upon request (email us at support@chip2sale.com).
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
In some cases, cancellations may attract a 5% payment gateway charge, since providers deduct fees even on refunds.
Due to the specialized nature of our products, cancellations or returns without valid reason will not be accepted.
